We had a great time this summer doing this cooking class. Patricio’s passion for cooking came through as we walked through the markets and he gave us some insight to the Basque way of cooking. When in the kitchen we all had the opportunity to take part in making the selected dishes. I enjoyed making the cheesecake and it turned out to be delicious. All the dishes we made were great. Matt86 days agoThis tour is more than a cooking class. You not only learn how to cook classic Basque dishes, but you learn a lot about Basque culture through the market portion of the tour. Patricio was a great guide throughout the day. San Sebastián Cooking Classes seems to focus more on intimate cooking classes compared to other tours I researched, and the experience lined up perfectly as we were in a small group. It wasn’t what we expected, but they certainly can’t help a power outage and we had a great time! We lucked out with a super fun group and had a blast.
