Booking and Cancellation Policy
WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF 4 PEOPLE TO GO AHEAD WITH THE COOKING CLASSES IF THE NUMBER IS NOT REACHED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH AT LEAST 48 HRS IN ADVANCE TO LET YOU KNOW ABOUT DIFFERENT ALTERNATIVES
All bookings must be paid in advance in order to confirm your participation. We operate with small groups and limited spots, so this helps us manage availability and ensure the best experience for everyone.
We understand that plans can sometimes change. That’s why we’ve designed a cancellation and changes policy that offers flexibility, while also allowing us to prepare properly for each event.
ALL CANCELATIONS OR AMENDMENTS NEED TO BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL to info@sansebastiancookingclasses.com. We offer flexible options under the following terms:
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the experience:
- You will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- If you prefer not to cancel, we can offer a date change (subject to availability) or a non-expiring voucher for the full amount paid, which you can use for any of our future experiences.
Cancellations made between 2 weeks and 48 hours before the experience:
- In this case, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
- Even so, we want you to enjoy our experiences when possible, so we are happy to offer a date change (depending on availability) or a voucher for the full amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience:
- Due to the short notice, we are unable to offer refunds, rescheduling, or vouchers at this stage. By this time, materials have been prepared and our team is fully scheduled, so last-minute changes are not possible.
